NEIPP POLICIES AND RULES

 

PAYMENT:Minimum $300.00 deposit required for registration. Balance due before February 15, 2011.

 

Easy Payment Plan: Minimum $300.00 deposit and we'll automatically charge your credit card each month until your class is paid for in full.

REFUNDS:
April 1st to May 1st - Full Refund.
May 2nd to October 1st - $75 penalty.
October 2nd to January 2nd - $100 penalty.
January 3rd to February 15th - $200 penalty.
After February 16th - No Refund

PPANE DUES: $175.00 2011 PPANE dues are included in your NEIPP tuition. If your 2011 dues are paid before January 1, 2011 you only pay $145.00, but you'll receive a NEIPP $175.00 discount coupon, a savings of $30.00 on your NEIPP tuition.
2011 PPANE dues are payable between November 1, 2010, for the one-year term ending October 31, 2011 and can be sent to: PPANE, PO Box 83, Wilbraham, MA 01095

 

PPA MERITS: Two PPA Merits will be awarded to all students who are PPA Members.

 

REGISTRATION: 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday of the start of school.

 

COURSE FEES: $1095.00 for Doug Box's class and $1395.00 for all others.

The course fee includes:
  • Tuition for five days of instruction in the course of your choice.
  • Hotel room, based upon double occupancy, for five nights.
  • Meals - five breakfasts, five lunches and four dinners (including banquet) - at the hotel.
  • Meal allowance for a special dinner with your instructor at a local restaurant.
  • A study CD with photos taken by your instructor in your class.
  • A group photograph of your fellow NEIPP students and instructors.
  • Two PPA merits will be awarded to all PPA members.
  • Five education units will be awarded toward recertification for Certified Professional Photographers. See www.certifiedphotographer.com for more details.
  • All students will receive a NEIPP certificate of attendance.
  • 2011 PPANE dues that include a monthly newsletter, All-Star Programs, print competition discount, and admission to the 2011 convention and insurance at NEIPP.

    • (Note: Insurance does not cover lost or stolen personal property.)

     

    Once you have registered for your NEIPP course, you will begin receiving more information about such things as what equipment you will need (if any) for your class, directions to Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis, clothing suggestions, etc.

    If you plan to share a room with a friend, remember to make arrangements with that person ahead of time and note their name on the registration form after "Roommate Preference." For those with no preference, we will try our best to match you with someone compatible. If you prefer you can have a single room for an extra $250.00 fee.
